A Sense of Humor Helps

A sense of humor can make even the worse situations more endurable. Living with a chronic illness or disability is filled with ups and downs and plenty of challenges but if you can face each challenge with a smile and turn each downturn into something to laugh about you will find life much more bearable. Here we share some of our strategies for making the most of life with a disability.
