For long trips, take a check file organizer with divider tabs to keep all your travel information together in one place. Dividers might include:

  • Hotel address, phone, and confirmation information
  • Car rental documents or information
  • Travel documents copies of your passport, tickets, etc.
  • Destination information, maps of the area, travel brochures, and articles
  • Phone cards, travel dictionary and other miscellany.
