Moisturize bath and body with olive oil

  

If you are chemically sensitive, olive oil, purported to be one of the closest things to human skin oils, can be used as a bath oil, hand lotion, and hair conditioner.

Applied liberally to moist skin, it is readily absorbed and delivers the added bonus of a dose of vitamin C. Run lightly oiled fingers through wet hair to smooth away tangles and add a healthy sheen. Be sure to use organic olive oil to avoid absorbing any toxic chemicals through your skin.

People with extra sensitive skin can use olive and coconut oils for a whole-body moisture treatment - just apply to moist skin after a warm shower or bath. Since these oils are free of preservatives and fragrance, they won't irritate the skin.
